These terms govern access to and use of the Mansard service, published by UPPER GLOBAL. Mansard is an AI-assisted real estate search, public listing monitoring and dossier management service. Listings displayed are the results of the user's personalized alerts and do not constitute Mansard's inventory.

Using Mansard requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

Mansard monitors public real estate listings on behalf of the user, analyses them and provides scoring, application and tracking tools. Mansard is not a real estate agent within the meaning of the Hoguet Law and does not intervene in the conclusion of lease or purchase contracts. Listings displayed are the results of the user's alerts, not Mansard's inventory.

You are prohibited from: (i) scraping or massively extracting data from the site, (ii) using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes, (iii) infringing intellectual property rights, (iv) disrupting the technical operation of the service.

AI-generated content (draft applications, analyses) is licensed to you free of charge for your personal use in the context of your property search. Mansard retains all rights to its algorithms and models.

Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro). Prices are indicated inclusive of VAT. The subscription renews tacitly unless terminated by the user before renewal. Where a withdrawal right applies, it may be exercised under the conditions provided by consumer law.

Mansard strives to ensure the accuracy of information but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Mansard cannot be held liable for rental or purchase decisions made by the user, nor for disputes with third parties (landlords, agencies).

The free account is open for an indefinite period. The user may delete their account at any time from the settings. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, Mansard reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought beforehand. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
