We collect: your identifiers (name, email), your search criteria, your favorites and applications, your browsing data and, where applicable, your payment information (processed by Stripe).

Your data is processed to: personalize your search, connect you with real estate opportunities, manage your subscription, and improve our algorithms. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Terms of Service) and, where applicable, your consent for non-essential cookies.

Account data is kept as long as your account is active, then 1 year for evidence purposes. Browsing data is kept for 13 months. Payment data is kept for 5 years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Your data is intended for Mansard teams and our technical subcontractors (hosting, payment, email). It is not sold to third parties.

Some data may be hosted in the United States (Vercel, Stripe) under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, regular audits).
