Data controller

The data controller is UPPER GLOBAL, a French simplified joint-stock company registered under SIREN 889 692 273, whose registered office is located at 7 rue de l'Abbé Carton, 75014 Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].

Data collected

We collect the data required to operate the service: account identifiers (name, email), search criteria, favorites, applications, dossier elements you choose to provide, exchanges with the service, technical and browsing data, and information required for billing. Payment data is processed by Stripe; Mansard does not store your full card details.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to create and administer your account, personalize your search, generate your alerts, manage your favorites and applications, provide analysis features, manage billing and secure the service. The legal bases are mainly performance of the contract, UPPER GLOBAL's legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations for billing and, where applicable, your consent for non-essential cookies.

Retention period

Account data is kept while your account is active, then for the period necessary to manage evidence and legal obligations. Prospecting data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. Technical logs and browsing data are kept for a limited period compatible with their purpose. Accounting documents and invoices are kept for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations.

Recipients

Your data is intended for authorized Mansard teams and the technical processors strictly necessary for the service (hosting, payment, email, technical analytics, support). It is not sold to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some data may be hosted in the United States (Vercel, Stripe) under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, regular audits).
