All elements of the site (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, plans, names, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of UPPER GLOBAL or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The price and diagnostic indicators published by Mansard are computed from public data reused under licence: DVF real estate transaction records (Demandes de valeurs foncières) published by the DGFiP and geocoded by Etalab, under Open Licence 2.0; the Base Adresse Nationale (BAN); the ADEME energy performance certificate database; the "Carte des loyers" per-commune listing rent indicators (ANIL / DGALN); and Géorisques. Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, under the ODbL licence.

DVF data is published twice a year with a 6 to 18 month lag on actual transactions. It covers neither Alsace-Moselle (departments 57, 67 and 68) nor Mayotte (976), which are governed by the livre foncier. The vintage used and the date of last update are shown on every page that relies on it.

Mansard only exposes aggregated statistics: medians by postal code, property type and surface bracket, computed over cohorts above a minimum sample size. No individual transaction and no seller or buyer identity is published, and this data is not cross-referenced with any information that would allow the parties to a transaction to be re-identified.

Mansard is a decision-support tool. The information provided (estimates, scores, analyses) is indicative and does not constitute legal, tax or real estate advice. Price estimates derived from DVF are statistical orders of magnitude and constitute neither a valuation opinion nor a professional appraisal. The user remains solely responsible for their rental or purchase decisions.
