A certified inspector can produce a DPE for €100-250. Existing DPEs are free to consult on observatoire-dpe-audit.ademe.fr or via Mansard's tool.

How long is a DPE valid?

DPEs issued since July 1, 2021 are valid 10 years.

Yes, on sale or rental of any home (with limited exceptions).
